Pam has been an integral part of my team since 1988. Her passion and dedication are the shining examples of our team’s philosophy and mission. 

Pam’s duties are, but not limited to:
  • Overseeing the entire office operations
  • In charge of all in force marketing
  • Phoning, making appointments and keeping my calendar
  • Liaison between our “specialists”
  • Arranging my speaking engagements
Pam spends her extra time with her daughter, step children and her finance, Michael. They enjoy taking road trips, hiking, biking and going to parks. Their favorite past time is house hunting.

Kristen Grant joined my team in 2002. Her ability to multi-task and work under pressure preserves her to be a valuable asset for my team and is why she is my Operations Manager.

Kristen’s duties are, but not limited to:
 
·         Managing new business. Application process, ordering medicals, and overseeing underwriting.
·         Technology support
·         Ian’s assistant for travel arrangements
 
Kristen and Stuart enjoy the time they spend raising their three boys. In their downtime they like going to country music concerts, monster truck shows with the kids and love spending time entertaining friends and family in their home.

She joined my team in 2007. Her background in client service has been valuable to the firm in her role as policy owner service liaison for our existing clients.

Her duties are but not limited to:
·         Servicing your existing policies.
·         Fielding questions
·         Assistant to Pam
 
She is the backbone of organization in our office.
 
Carol enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. They love the beach and the ocean. In her spare time she enjoys going to her Zumba and Pilates Classes.
